Can I book a trial on a weekend?
We offer both weekday and limited weekend trial slots. Early booking is recommended for busy seasons (Oct–Mar).
Are products suitable for sensitive skin?
We use high-quality, hypoallergenic and photo-safe products. Please advise us of allergies during booking.
How long does the team stay on-site?
Timing is confirmed per booking. Typical setups include arrival 60–90 minutes before the first on-site service and support throughout the schedule.
